There really is no threat to run the ball, which takes away the enormous advantage that having Sams on the field instead of Waters presents. Receiver progression is not as important when you are a threat to take it to the house on any passing play. If the safeties have to respect the run, they are easier to beat over the top.
To be fair, we don't really know what Waters' running ability is like. Definitely not as good as Sams, but as long as he is more mobile thanPeyton ManningLandry Jones, I don't think the difference in how they run will be that much of a factor in determining a starter.

If Cablevision gets their way then you could see a la carte channel options open up to potential subscribers and that could have an indirect effect on sports tv contracts and possibly realignment as a result.

For me, it's just that we have never had a QB under Snyder stay healthy.
I can get that, but I don't think that is it for most people.
Every time Sams played more than 8 plays this year, he seemed to be limping around.
He probably turned his ankle. That's not an injury like a concussion that makes you prone to future injuries.
Maybe not more prone because of previous injuries, but possibly fragile. Hope not.
