gE won the internet in 2011-2012, and it's been a slow decline since. Between the death of basketball and the drastic drop off in football there's just not much to be excited about. I guess facilities?
Now it's primarily a collection of about 30 friends that have "grown up" and moved on from college. Hot topics are work, child care, politics, religion, economy, homes, cooking/grilling, tv/movies, etc. They got "old".
The inside info has dwindled because they or their friends arent in class or at parties with the athletes anymore.
They have lost their edge, and are a shell of the mighty power they once were. It's inevitable.
Will they pass the torch to the next generation, and rise like the phoenix, or instead gently go into that good night?

I regret to inform my K-State brethren that the Memphis Zoo has been put on high alert for incoming prairie tards. Beginning Dec. 30, the goat, sheep, cattle and elephant (??) exhibits will be off limits to anyone wearing purple or displaying gap in their teeth measuring more than half an inch. Also, men accompanied by women weighing more than 3 bills.
On a brighter note, all the Motel 6's in the Memphis area have relaxed their "pet friendly" rules, so you can bring your livestock with you and it'll feel like home.

My kickass rock band traveled to fayetteville in the late 90's to play a private party for the then National Champion Track and field team.
A kickass time was had and everyone was totally awesome.
It was humid as hell though so I'm never ever going back.

A word about Hog fans. As you can see, they tailgate hard but in a friendly way and welcome all comers from opposing fanbases.
