Here we go again. http://www.chron.com/default/article/Houston-doctor-accused-of-illegal-abortions-4519565.php (http://www.chron.com/default/article/Houston-doctor-accused-of-illegal-abortions-4519565.php) Just like Gosnell, complaints were made for years, but ignored.
The above link is safe for libtards to read. If you want to continue pretending that late term abortion isn't a ghoulish abomination, don't read this one: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2325786/Douglas-Karpen-Second-house-horrors-abortion-clinic-investigated-Texas.html (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2325786/Douglas-Karpen-Second-house-horrors-abortion-clinic-investigated-Texas.html)
The best the left can muster is that these cases somehow prove the need for access to "safe and legal" abortion (er, sorry, "reproductive health"). But it seems that once again the all-powerful "right to choose" led regulators to look the other way.

If it's illegal, its illegal. They should go down.
Same as a person who shoots another.

"Progressive" history is rich in 'ethical genocide'... aka, eugenics. Margaret Sanger, as well as other progressives, found non-white cultures to be inferior and parasitic. If black Americans understood the extent of how they are used to further a political agenda that cares nothing about "equality and social justice", they would truly move forward in their socio-economic status.

You can say that again.

Right, but that doesn't address why complaints like these are being ignored, and these monsters are allowed to operate with impunity, for years (decades, in the case of Gosnell). The regulators look the other way because "the right to choose" is so firmly ingrained in the liberal bureaucracy. Hopefully, as more cases like this come to light (and they will), the culture will finally change.
Brings to mind another abortionist, George Tiller, who was canonized by the left after his murder, but performed many a late term abortion under highly dubious circumstances. The regulators just didn't seem to care. Why look, there's Kathleen and her friend George at the Governor's Mansion!

See Kathleen at George's house!

they used to call him "tiller the thriller" because he's a well-known stud (historical fact)

Link?
You make it sound like liberals call this guy a hero. He is a monster that convinced himself the ends justify the means. Nobody is defending him. If people didn't investigate complaints against him, they should be fired. Your blame placing is ridiculous and unfounded.

That was the finding of the grand jury in the Gosnell case, and it is safe to assume it is also what happened in this instance. Here is the link to the grand jury report. You can skip past all the gory details and head straight to "How Did This Go On So Long?" starting on page 137. http://www.phila.gov/districtattorney/pdfs/grandjurywomensmedical.pdf (http://www.phila.gov/districtattorney/pdfs/grandjurywomensmedical.pdf)
And it is hardly an isolated incident. Just as an example. http://abortiondocs.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Many-New-Jersey-Abortion-Clinics-Do-Not-Receive-Required-Biennial-Inspections-Press-Atlantic-City-Reports.pdf (http://abortiondocs.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Many-New-Jersey-Abortion-Clinics-Do-Not-Receive-Required-Biennial-Inspections-Press-Atlantic-City-Reports.pdf)

lol, awesome
-
I think they look the other way because of frivolous and ridiculous claims the right makes on any abortion clinic. Cry wolf that much and you will get ignored eventually.
It is safe to assume that is what happened in this instance.
-
I don't think there's anyone here that would say that it is ok for a doctor to malpractice. weird (butthurt?) thread.

I don't understand your point here. Late term abortions are already illegal and those who perform them should be punished by law. If they are not punished that has nothing to do with the right to choose but rather is a law enforcement problem. You are trying to turn this into something that it isn't

As I've explained above, repeatedly, this is not just a law enforcement issue. The pertinent question is not whether these atrocities are illegal, which they are, but how these monsters are able to operate for so long before they're exposed. Lax regulation is to blame. And what is the cause of lax regulation? The grand jury pegged it in the Gosnell matter, and I expect this problem exists nationwide. Even in red states, the bureaucracy is largely liberal. I would encourage you to read the detailed grand jury report linked above, at least the sections on all the government agencies that looked the other way. It's almost as sickening as the heinous crimes themselves.

whether these atrocities are illegal, which they are,
nice add stud
-
This thread is an abortion, ironically.
-
Lunatic breaks gun laws and shoots up a school: Republicans say the shooter deserves all the blame and not guns or responsible gun owners
Lunatic breaks late-term abortion laws and kills babies who have been born: Republicans say we should blame legal abortions and abortion laws and not the one murderer
Why does the argument do a 180?

We already have another thread debunking this very talking point. Give that a read first.

How does people getting shot in the head go on so long?
-
Hey guys, why doesn't Obama find the criminals while they are doing things illegally and arrest them?

Cire in late 1930's in Germany, "I don't know what the Jews are so scared of, this genocide stuff is clearly illegal. Regardless of whether Hitler is advocating for its enforcement or seeking to apprehend the perpetrators."
#progressive

FSD always has the 100% spot on analogies.

Nice Nazi blast. Not sure why people don't give you the credit you so clearly deserve.
-
How does people getting shot in the head go on so long?
If there were multiple complaints about "hey, this guy is shooting people in the head and he works here" for years and nothing was done, then yeah, you might have a point. Otherwise, this is not a good analogy.

There are complaints about people getting shot in the head. We even know how it happens.
-
I'm not sure why this thread exists or why I should care.
Is the argument that we should spend more time enforcing existing laws?
If so, yes, we probably should do that for every law in the books.
What am I missing here?
-
we probably should do that for every law in the books.
false.

Okay, I rescind for the really weird ticky tack stuff, like speeding and jaywalking.

is "lax regulation" really the new Con talking point regarding abortions? sad. not even trying anymore.
