Title: WARNING: personal information shared here, maybe don't read
Post by: Saulbadguy on September 13, 2012, 04:57:57 PM
when goEMAW was born I wore a size 44 jeans, XXL shirt

last night I put on a pair of 36s and threw away a bunch of XL shirts (now a L).

When I saw the picture of you at the Chief's game on the ol' FB, first thought was: He's looking good.

I've been waiting for some BBS motivation to shed my extra lbs. Maybe I should make a wager with the 'Cats. Every touchdown they score, I run(glide) a mile that week (elliptical... I have bad knees). If #LIFE scores a TD, I glide three miles.

My seasons end I should be a biscuit heavy of Tre Walker, right???

Good enough? Tryin to get out of 44s myself.

Good enough?

No.  How 'bout I just PI you to the gym?

You've got bad knees because of all the weight you're putting on them.  Let's get you down to a manageable number and then get you on the treadmill.

Doom, weights, bro.  I did something very Saulish recently and haven't measured anything in miles.

T-Y for jumping in while I was busy changing into my workout gear, Winters.  I lifted yesterday; about to go :alleyoop: on some old(er) dudes for cardio.

Please post weekly workout routine. I'm not too thrilled to recreate my high school advanced football weights routine. Then again....

But if you'll eat anything, you tend to eat everything.  I had to throw some things out and then make sure not to start buying them again (pop, ice cream, box and frozen meals etc.)

4 months ago,  I started a new job.  At that time, I weighed 225 lbs and was wearing 38's and 40's.  (I'm right at 6 foot.)  Today, i weigh just over 180 and am wearing 34's.  Stress is a wonderful way to lose weight.

Man, I had to buy 36" shorts a few weeks ago... was a real bummer, but I think it was just a strange sizing thing, cause I also bought 2 pairs of 34s. Anyone got any tips to become super motivated and dedicated to working out?
