Post by: SdK on June 01, 2012, 06:25:39 PM
What does your 1863rd post say about you?

I tried to date a girl that worked there once...I'll assume this is why she stopped wanting to hang out. Thanks guys
!

I feel this speak to my many failed romances/lives.

Your turn!  :excited:

because I have only been out of college for a year now, I get drunk as balls with a few buddies that are still single. Then I clean up my place like nothing happened.

Sounds kinky. Make sure to wash the sheets.

Guys, I don't think this new basketball walk on will even crack the starting lineup.  Royalswild's bragging on this kid like he's Mike Beasley is kind of pissing me off.  Royalswild:  I bet you $20 he doesn't lead the Cats in scoring in either of his first two years with the team.
I clearly stated he was a new walk-on.  Not anywhere did I say he'd suit up or even play.  I just said he is a damn good high-school basketball player.

Ok, deal. If he puts up better numbers taunt Michael beasley you win the bet. If not, I get all your financial aid money for the next semester.
Rofl!  My financial aid money doesn't amount to feces since I'm on a scholarship at a JUCCO(LOL all you want).

Then he gets your mom's hooker money.

BOOM
My moms dead bad person.

No wonder she didn't move around much.

BOOM

pretty sure that royalswild bowed to my PI'ing a few posts later.   :gocho:

thoughts on how excited people would be if we lost in the last second to a top five team in fball.

Side note, what's fantastic about combo fans are they are not able to distinguish between a 2 point loss to the best team in the conference and a 15 point loss to Tech.  Also LOL at Abe.

I go through complete Burt's Bees pomegranate tubes(?) all the time. I've tried to ween myself off, but can't. Hate all the chemically based ones.

How many years does it take to you go through a complete tube?

about 0.1 years.

We shall see.

Also, the relatively new bar in Aggieville named Eighteen63 is advertising that they are open at 8 am with a full breakfast menu and $3 bloody marys.  Not sure if that is just a Sunday thing or an every day thing.  Just saw it on the sign today.  I am intrigued by this.

That sounds great, my bartender friend says their food is really good. I will have to ask her if it is just Sunday or what.  As for this Sunday brunch, I'm not sure yet.  Might still be in KC from a wedding.

Yeah, if it wasn't better than promoting one of them, then they would have just promoted one of them.

I heard it was the head breakfast chef from "The Chef." Doesn't really make sense though, unless he just made the menu for a flat fee and then went back to his work. Either way, Eighteen63 has no business in the breakfast business, IMO.

Formerly Campus Tavern, which was formerly The Loft.  Food (other than bfast) is okay.  They have some pretty good specials throughout the week, including $5 bottles of wine that you can schoolyard with your friends.

Also, their "specialty drink" or whatever is the LAX bomb, which is just some liquor they set on fire then put a coaster on it, which puts out the fire.  You lift the coaster, drink the bomb ASAP, and return the coaster on top.  You then take a straw and poke a hole in the top of the coaster, and inhale the leftover fumes.  I don't know if it gets you any drunker, but the ritual is pretty fun.

that was going to be my guess. i felt so bad when i first walked into the loft right after it opened because it looked like a generic chipotle and you were just like good god nobody is going to want to drink and hangout here. you have rinky dink metal chairs and institutional grey paint on the walls with no pictures or anything. went back again a few months ago and it was definitely better. still kind pretty genericky though. am excited for that wahoo fire and ice place. crossing fingers.

Not drunker, higher. The fumes are carbon monoxide, like exhaust from your car. Inhale a little bit, you get dizzy. Inhale a lot, you turn green and die. Pretty fun to watch people try to stick their straws back in it...
