Title: Whistling in public
Post by: Fldermaus on January 25, 2011, 12:26:24 PM
What is the appropriate punishment?  The piercing noise excreted by the offender each day is loud and off-key, without tune or melody (as if whistling takes any other form).

some dickhead was walking around my office whistling this morning.  made me wish i had a predator missle from CoD Modern Warfare 2 cue'd up.  i'd have found him on the map, don't worry, i'd have found him.

Whistling in public person is most often an older white male.   Singing in public person is usually a younger black woman.    NOT RACIST!

Better question. Blow out or suck in to whistle? I find blowing out extremely difficult. No homo btw. :comehere:

I often whistle while I am walking around.  Not loudly mind you.  I whislte in and out in order to maintain a continuous tune.  I can see how that would be annoying now and I'll stop before someone hits me with a pred missile.

Personally, I have never heard a 'good' whistler.  It seems the only way to become 'good' at whistling must be through hours and hours of practice, developing from a bad whistler.  Since bad whistlers are prone to being taken out by predator missiles :crossfingers:, this may explain the lack of those who live long enough to become "good".
