I don't think his mother was reacting to this board given it seems like 95% of us reading this thread had no idea what she was referring to. My guess is this was a thing from the GPC or wildcat salute people who see athletes as more like entertainment chattel and take it personally when a kid misses a practice or game.

Jones will start the first series and get 5-10 carries and probably a few catches.

If Barnes is healthy or whatever, he'll get the most carries. 15-20. If not Barnes, it will be Silmon.

Sys: here's a little piece of CFB info for you.

90% of running backs are a dime a dozen. Basically interchangeable. Some are faster than others, some are slower, but that 90% is all pretty much gonna get you the same amount of yardage in the end.

There's 5% at the top and 5% at the bottom that are really exceptional. Barnes is gonna be a top 5%'r very soon, and he may already be there.
