What it really shows is that establishments capable of opening up their indoor settings to substantial outdoor ventilation should have been allowed to open up months ago across the country. Establishments with good air exchange systems should have been allowed to open up with nominal restrictions months ago.
Non N-95 masks only slow down particles, they don't eliminate them, in fact they only slightly dissipate large particles, virtually worthless stopping smaller particles. Good air exchange pulls the particles out of the environment almost entirely or dissipates the viral load below infective thresholds.
