LHC Bill Snyder was Drew Breezing the Big 8 with Chad May, and the Big 10 with Chuck Long, WAY (couldn't say "long" again) before he was known as a dual threat coach.

He rough ridin' knows how to toss it around.

If our OL can pass block (will defer to Hatter on this) we can make some noise.

Regarding last year's running back output, I think a lot of that had to do with our qb situation.

Yeah, I agree with the RB output and the qb situation being related.

Now that we don't have the option of having a glorified running back at QB to take the bulk of the run game, add in we have absolutely zero returning experience at RB position and it leads me to believe that we are going to be terribly unbalanced on offense.

In any event, it's refreshing to know that in a thread based on the unfounded perception that the Cats have a strong offense and poor defense, the conversation has largely ignored the defensive "concerns," and primarily focused on the offensive question marks.

And rightfully so.

Yeah. And hopefully Waters can continue to get more comfortable in the pocket. K-State was sacked a lot last year (7.17% of passing attempts. 87th lowest in the nation).

Great stuff D Lew. You just got me excited for football season. Not shark week excited, but still excited. Should I be concerned about WR depth? Because I am. Lockett has never stayed healthy all year, and I don't see much else. Am I wrong? Thanks Dlew.

completely. There were some pud seasons like 2009 I found more interesting for whatever reason.

What the eff is wrong with you. You do know Waters was the 2012 number one JC QB in the nation. Won a the national championship; kind of like some QB named Bishop or Newton.
