I have something that needs to be said. Gin & soda is 100x better than gin & tonic and it has no calories (except for the gin). How do people not know this? I add a slice of cucumber when at home (obv.)

Mezcal (Del maguey)
Tequila (reposado)
Muddled strawberries (preferably u would soak the mezcal in these and then strain strawberries out or infuse the mezcal)
Fever tree ginger beer
Fresh lemon

we've had this discussion so many times. the best ginger beer is maine root. it's a real tongue ripper, that's what we say around the office anyway.

maine root's definitely got a good bite. Doesn't mean it's the best ginger beer for a cocktail though. It's spiciness could be overwhelming.
