The only reason I want an xbox one is for the voice activated features. Can you change tv channels using your voice?

I just grabbed an xb1 also. Can I just download games without having to go to the store?!?!

I have Foza, Ryse Son of Rome, and dead rising. Haven't played Ryse or dead rising yet.

Foza and Ryse require huge download updates, and Ryse takes FOREVER to load up the first campaign....waiting on it now.

I got those three because a friend of mine works for Microsoft and got me the employee discount ($30 each).

The TV features are cool. Was kinda glitchy until I pointed the kinnect eye right at my cable box.

I really suck at racing games. I would have never bought Forza if it weren't half off. I was told it was a "beautiful game" by an Xbox team guy, so I bought it. It's pretty enough alright.

Heard there is a way to split screen gameplay and tv watching. Is it as awesome as it sounds or no?

I played with it a bit today. Yes, you can do it. However, they have to get the options worked out on the sound....there isn't a way to select which sound you want on, and which you want off.

....I will add that this seems to be a really common request, so I'd bet that they will work on that. I am going to say something to my Microsoft friend....he's not in charge of that sort of thing, but he hangs with those dudes socially.

My 360 still works... Are the graphics and games that much better? I mean... I really don't need to talk to my xbox and I never play any games with kinnect... I certainly wouldn't watch tv and play the xbox at the same time... $599 for this thing?

At this point the Xbox One is for early adopters. The graphics are better on games that are optimized for it, but that is like 3 games at this point.

In about a year you will probably want one.
