Not like, what's a healthy amount, but for you personally. I can function on a couple hours a night for a couple days, but then I have a huge crash. I've always wondered if the people who say they have to get 7 hours to function have ever actually tried getting less, or just assume they can't.

usually get 5 during the week. 10 on weekends. If i couldn't sleep in on weekends, id imagine i'd have to bump it up to 6-7 during the week.
function for how long? i can do 0 hours for one day, 3-4 hours for 3-4 days, etc. probably about 6 or so sustainably.
