I saw Grinders on triple D yesterday.

the sunday triple D afternoon marathon has gotten me through many a hangover.  grinders is great although the owner is a dumbass.
Squawk owner dumbass is what I call him, but he makes a badass Philly.

WFM burgers and Peanut wings: two things that get more love in KC than I'll ever understand.

He looked kind of hunchy on the show.  Weird build.  The tiger pizza looked good.  I like to watch triple D while I eat because it makes me hungry and then the regular food I eat seems better.  It gets me through average meals.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

Did Snow & Co. Last night for a pre dinner cocktail and finished it with dinner at Anton's.  Goodnstuff at both places.  Can't help but feel like you are getting ripped at Snow with 7.50 cocktail slushees coming out of a machine.  But I guess that's not bad for a premium cocktail. We tried the flight of 5 different ones and they were all very good. Rockafeller

Had the steak burger at Anton's. Very good simple burger for the most part. Beer selection is impressive and the bar area is pretty darn cool.  Would go back for food or to just try beer.

If you find yourself at the Peanut, get the tripple blt.  That's the best BLT I have ever had in my life.

Went to the American this weekend.

The foie gras with duck fat brioche was to die for.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

Pretty excited for these two places to open:

http://www.kansascity.com/2013/07/04/4329716/downtowns-cosby-hotel-will-have.html

pizza 51?  why go anywhere but caddyshack for a fresh delicious pie?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

More excited for the deli piece of it....but another walkable pizza place open in evenings is a bonus.

Yup, frew good pizza places already.  I really like p51 the few times I had it...and it will serve a different downtown neighborhood!!!  We can even have more than one of things down here....delis and all....especially given lasala and pandolfi's is only lunch hours.  Not sure what the new deli in Crossroads hours are going to be yet.

Seems like choosing a place called "swagger" over the flea market is very anti-hipster.

I really liked Peanut wings, too.

I'm saying your area can't support it and I'll be right.
