I can't believe I ever loved Shae.

Shae is going to redeem herself. Cersei obviously ran her down (what happened to Bronn?) and she's doing what she needs to do to live. Tyrion still loves her and threw in the whore insult at the end of the trial for her protection. The two will live happily ever after.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

The oberyn tyrion scene was a tear jerker

So I'm all geeked up because of the "trial by combat" and all that.  This epi is all over the place. We get a little Daenerys, some Stannis business, and bits all over the map. A great little dialogue between Brienne, Podrick and especially Hot Pie. You think that Tyrion and Oberyn have a end-of-the-epi worthy scene, but then they throw in the incredibleness 'round the moon door at the end.

I love this goddamn show.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Epic episode.  Was curious why they cut away from that scene where Dany was being all dominatrix? Did she sign something saying she wouldn't be nude the rest of the series?

Baelish is a master at manipulation -- odds are the only reason for the Sansa kiss was that he knew that Lysa would be watching, and he could get them both alone by the moon door.  Now, he's Lord of Harrenhall, Protector of the Vale, and working towards Protector of Winterfell.

I know the Eyrie is impenetrable. . .but what about the white walkers? Can it keep them out?

Yes, as long as the archers have arrows made of obsidian.

Yes, as long as the archers have arrows made of obsidian.

Is this difficult to obtain in Westeros?

Is Littlefinger now the protector of the vale and all that? Or is the boy still that title? I'm just curious how that titling will work.  The preview for next week makes it seem like Sansa is going to tattle. . .so I wonder if Peter kills the boy too.

Robin is still Lord of the Eyrie....but I think Peter is like his regent now with the title of Lord Protector of the Vale...unless he gets convicted of killing Lysa.

If Robin were killed (as punishment for the murder) then the Lordship would have to pass to some other relative...Jon Arryn didn't have any other sons so they would have to go back to his siblings (if he has any?) and their kids...I think.
