So I watched the 15 minute TED talk where the anti-truth statement was made. It turns out she was not saying that falsehoods or misinformation is okay.
She was saying, as the former Wiki-media CEO, that if you want to get people to work together to solve a particular problem (say on contentious Wikipedia articles) that trying to get people to agree on a framework that all of the participants agree on is not the best way to go. Instead the way forward, according to her talk, is to get people to agree on a "minimum viable truth" in order to complete the task.
She talked about how this is the mechanism by which Wikipedia contributors with different core beliefs are able to work together to generate articles that they are all relatively happy with.
You know, pretty horrible stuff.
