If I just tuck the shirt in, am I good to go?

No.

I'm pretty sure I am.

One tricky part is most of the executives are women in this company.

Just my opinion, but tucked in shirts to jeans looks real dumb.

It really does.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

FWIW I wear whatever I want, dress code be damned, and no one has spoken with me about it yet.

It means they don't care enough about you or what you do to bother.  I mean what's the alternative, intimidated?  pfft

i wear a shirt tucked into jeans almost every day. if you have dark jeans, a nice belt, and nice shoes, tucking a shirt in doesnt look bad at all imo.

i say tuck it in, michigancat. days when you have big meetings throw on some casual slacks.
I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

You knew jeans were out as soon as you contemplated those meetings and what the people in them would think of wearing jeans.

The bike complicates things.

It's because caring what other people are wearing is stupid.

I think the only time I tuck in a shirt into jeans is if i'm wearing a sweater as an additional layer. Now i'm gonna suggest something extremely dorky, but practical.

Super cheap and it allows you to wear whatever pants might get caught in your spokes while riding. You look very dorky while riding, but you'll look dorky anyway. Takes like a second to take off.

On the other hand you could just get some slim fitting pants like these...

Ah, I thought you were describing a room of you in your jeans along with a dozen people all dressed business-casual at a minimum.

I say go the other direction, and make it plain that you're michigancat that rides a bike to work and that includes wearing jeans and desert boots and who isn't going to do a goofy thing like tucking a shirt into those jeans for a meeting.  Maybe carry your bike helmet into the meeting with you to make it obvious.  And for the really important meetings, throw them a bone and wear the nice shirt tucked into nice pants and uber to work.

Still, not very cordial.  It took me 35 minutes to think of that.

Not everyone works in an environment that requires formal business attire. Now days many places are moving to more flexible dress codes in an effort to recruit and retain employees. Most places are coming to the realization that requiring employees to wear formal business attire is unnecessary and outdated, unless the nature of the job business requires that employees meet with clients/ customers on a regular basis.
