Hard to say, and I'm not saying the Chiefs are the best in the AFC yet, but all the teams have a lot of issues, there's no one dominant in the AFC

Chiefs: weak receivers, tackles look not so great
Dolphins: Tua health? secondary isn't great
Bengals: Burrow Health, entire offense is shaky
Jets: Great roster with no QB
Buffalo: Allen is a TO machine, defense isn't anything special
Browns: looked good week 1, we'll see tonight
etc.
