A lawmaker, briefed by the National Intelligence Service (NIS), says leader Kim Jong Un himself gave the order to make preparations.

So, with the latest satellite launch(obvs long range missile), nuke tests, and now the supposed threat of terrorism, seems like war with these assholes is basically inevitable.

I think the Kim Dynasty is aware that if they ever actually crossed a line with South Korea, i.e. used a missile or did something else to instigate war, their reign would come to an abrupt end.
