Yeah this has definitely confirmed for me that I’m not a Democrat. Seems like a large part of that party is only excited about sweeping change rather than “let’s not eff up the country together” which was really my #1 priority this cycle.

This is horse crap. Did you not see those Fox News polls? Democrats, like most people want government health care, stricter gun laws, s path to citizenship for immigrants, protection for women's health, environmental reforms, and racial and police reforms. These are not radical ideals, if you don't want these things, that's fine, you don't have to, but stop acting like liberals aren't interested in healing the country.

You're a moderate republican and that's fine, we don't all have to be happy sitting on our hands. Most Americans have a vested interest in not continuing the status quo.

I assumed this was everybodys priority this cycle and why I'm dumbfounded by any Trump vote.

Biden didn't represent a striking alternative, he says embarrassing crap out loud too.

Apparently he thinks liberals and conservatives should think exactly the same.

It's pretty mind boggling to look at who each party chose to run for president and think Democrats are the party interested in transformative change more than "not rough ridin' up"

After the first debate plenty of people saw two equally bad options which is why it worried me so much.

I'm very doubtful Bernie would have won this election, could be wrong.
My post had nothing to do with Bernie

Lol this.

But I think catastrophe is talking more about the party as a whole, not the candidates.

He's surprised that liberals are in fact liberal? Weird.

Yeah, I mean I voted for Biden, who I thought won the nomination because democrats were singularly focused on beating Trump this cycle. So the Monday morning quarterbacking by progressives of “they should have seen this coming by promising to do nothing” makes no rough ridin' sense to me. Democrats literally rejected a dozen candidates more progressive than Biden.

All the trumpers on twitter claiming fraud is the bacon bits to this all. It's going to keep them fueled and then when they demand recounts, and the receipt is shown he lost, again, it's going to kill them.

Break up the very divergent groups within republicans and democrats.

I really don't get what your complaint is here. Is there anything the least bit controversial about the opinion Joe Biden isn't exactly the most inspirational and exciting choice that could have been made for liberals? Trump didn't run on a moderate platform, he ran on a staunchly conservative one and that energized his party. You didn't vote for him because he's a despicable human being, not because you are averse to conservatives. Liberals want to be excited for a liberal, mind blown.

Populists are hard to beat. I think Bernie probably would have fared better. Glad we're getting Biden.

Is trump actually going to sue to get the count stopped when he's behind in Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania?

Yeah, usps has effectively been crippled for about 3 months. My rent payment is auto-mailed and has arrived on the 1st for the last 3 years. Sept and Oct were 5-7 days later. Still waiting to see how late it is for Nov.
