It's hard to keep track, so I need someone to tell me if Frankite Nation aka the Too Cool for Schoolers have blamed the entire situation with Foster on Weber, or does FN/TCfS lay any culpability at the feet of Foster himself?

Marcus is responsible for his actions – and he has paid the consequences for them.  oscar is responsible for his team – and should pay the consequences for his team’s performance.  oscar’s shot clock doesn’t get reset (or shouldn’t) because he decided to kick players off the team or have players transfer.  It’s on oscar.  If oscar (and those that love him) want to take credit for years 1-2, then oscar (and those that love him) have to take complete responsibility for years 3-?, without ANY excuses.
