If you don't understand how proper posture effects your appearance, there is nothing I can do to help you. The difference between the pictures is minimal, and can easily be explained by the difference that would appear when comparing a person standing with proper posture vs. slouching.

it's all good. I will admit that his mid-section isn't visible. Males, due to the being testosterone hormone dominant, tend to carry excess fat in their mid section and often times their face. Females, due to being estrogen hormone dominant, tend to carry excess fat in their appendages.
I will admit that the initial picture posted makes him look like he has a softer jaw line and neck than during the season, but I think that can be explained by the mass created by his shoulder blades being drawn together pushing more tissue towards his head, rather than the slack shoulder appearance seen in the free throw picture.
