Why no talk about the McGriff rumor

I heard that Prince offered McGriff the coord job, then reneged. Obviously, Prince is the anti-Christ. Those of us who love the cats should, like, work up a good rant, and then email Weiser and Wefald. Then we should spend a lot of time on message boards complaining about Prince's evil. We should have at least 400 threads on how evil Prince is and discuss his various evil deeds in depth. Regarding the McGriff Incident, we could discuss how unethical it is to lie. Then the Prince Apologists could point out this is a rumor and that Tibesar had already been named coordinator. Then Those Who Love the Cats could storm back and call the Prince Apologists a bunch of nazis who wont allow others to offer criticisms. Then we could go back and forth, back and forth, and really prove how much we love our cats.

Or we could leave that to GPC where they have more practice at that sort of thing.

I don't really care unless the guy replacing him is worse.  I don't see how he can be any better, though.

I'd also worry about hiring coaches in the future.  Maybe this kind of thing happens all the time.

He is 40 years old and his coaching resume includes stints at Northwest Mississippi Junior College, Central Michigan State, a one year minority internship with the Jets. He also played arena ball and 2 years on the taxi squads of a couple NFL teams.

At least Prince (anti-Christ) didn't just go out and hire another one of his buddies from Junction City.

I saw where another coach left ku . . . but according to Hoax, when ku announces his replacement nobody is going to miss the guy for a nanosecond.

Really surprised by all this movement at KthUg with the prospects of a 10-2 season and a Big 12 North Championship all but guaranteed by the Headcoach himself.
