I've found that gay men make great neighbors.  They're just happy all the time.

Real life lesbians are just bitter.  I don't really like bitter lesbians.

anyone who wouldn´t prefer to be gay is lying.  or stupid.

Your splitting hairs with the gay issue and you know it.

I never said Julian is better than Walker, but he has been a projected lottery pick since he was in highschool and stock has only gone up.  To dispute that fact makes us look uninformed.  ku has good players.  They have before and will in the future.  That doesnt change what we are doing here.
I've always argued against the whole gay thing. But it really is no use here. That is why I just offered an alternative. You're just being a douche. And you know it.

Walker is rated higher than Julian was. And he would be even higher than his current ranking right now if he hadn't torn his ACL. All Julian has shown is that he can pass well. He has a poor jumpshot and plays ok defense. Walker is turning into a good perimeter shooter and has an amazing ability of creating his own shot. Not to mention he plays really good defense. Walker will amount to much much more than Wright will in the NBA. And Walker more than likely will bring more than a first round exit from the NCAA Tourney in his first year.

Can we not be citystreet homophobes?

Can we not also be professional homophobes?

Can we not be Art Deco Homophones?

Why is it KSU fans have to be the backwoods kind?

According to RSCI, Wright was ranked #6 in his class and Walker was ranked #8 in his class.  Just some facts for you.

I was using Rivals rankings. Where Walker is currently ranked seventh. Was ranked second. And Wright ended being ranked eighth. I'm sure that you searched as long as you could to find some rankings where Walker was ranked lower than Wright but I'm using the one that is most commonly used by media outlets. Thanks for playing.

Thanks for showing how ignorant you are.  RSCI is a compilation of all the rankings.  It combines the rankings from the well known recruiting experts and forms a consensus.

That makes it even less reliable. ESPN does rankings and misses entirely on prospects all of the time. They recently put out football rankings and didn't even mention Lamark Brown. So if they compile rankings from several different sites, that means that they have all of the bullcrap from sites like ESPN that don't do very good research. I'm sorry for deciding to take the most recognized name in recruiting information and use that one.

Thanks again for showing even more ignorance and using a football example.  Rivals probably is recognized as the best in football.  That is not the case in basketball.  Check around.  Read the site to find out what they use.  Ask some people who they think the best basketball recruiting service is.  I'm sure when you get all your recruiting info from Kietz and Fitz, then you think Rivals is the end all/be all.  It really isn't close to being the case.

Rivals is constantly mentioned as having Beasley as the number 1 recruit in basketball. I see Rivals mentioned in papers like the Star and the Eagle much more often than I read about Scout or RSCI. My example just shows that sites &@#% up and don't do very good research. Regardless of which sport. That is why compiling them all together wouldn't be such a good idea. And although I don't like Fitz and Co all that much, they have been WAY ahead of the curve than the Scout site has been on recruiting information.

RSCI > Rivals

The 2007 class is better than 2005, though, so it's irrelevant.

Had you said that the 2007 class was better than the 2005 class, then you might have had an argument..  But you said Rivals is better than RSCI and even your fellow KSU fan shot you down.

I tend to think that the 2007 class is deeper than the 2005 class.  We'll find out how much better soon enough.  But the difference isn't that great.  Tyler Hansbrough and Kevin Love are very similar type players.  Love is #3 in 2007 and Hansbrough was #4.

Regardless if you agree or not on the Rivals vs. RSCI, I'm still going to say that Walker will be a better player than Wright as long as he is able to get back to full strength from his injury.

You are welcome to that opinion, but it's certainly not a consensus opinion held by people in college basketball and NBA circles.

Honestly, both guys need to improve quite a bit to be impact NBA guys.  Wright has better size and has a very unique skill set that will help him do that.  Walker is an excellent athlete that has been a good scorer, he's going to need to improve his ballhandling and develop a consistent outside shot to be a good NBA player though.

He's definitely got his shot almost down. That is one of the things he has been practicing during his injury and I have personally witnessed how well it is coming along. I cannot speak for his ballhandling. Walker also appears to be very good at creating his own shot and he plays good defense for someone so young.

I think Wright definitely needs to work on his shot a lot more before he can amount to anything in the NBA.
