    The very best.
Coach for 11 years now.

She is 199-113

She is 95 - 93 in big 12 play

She has made 5 NCAA's.

One Sweet 16

Won 1 conference title. (shared)

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Yes.  All the psycho-lesbo stuff is all fine if they are winning and selling tickets, but now they aren't even doing that.

Don't post if you don't care bubba.

Saul, I'm pretty happy with her results overall..but not guilable enough to see it all came in an incredible 4 year span.

4 year span where we got to the Sweet Sixteen with 2 All-Americans on our team?

Plus I hate when she yells on the microphone and destroys everyones ear drums.

Yeah, but catfan28 seems to think we have some good recruits coming in.

I felt bad for Brian Smoller today. Seemed like he really wanted us to win.

Yep, it's definitely time to fire Deb.  For what we're paying her (which is obscene BTW) we should at least get a hot young lesbian.

Saul........that was pretty funny, I admit it. She practically screams at the microphone. Between her and the mens PA guy......I don't have any eardrums left.

As for her job......well, don't think she should be fired. But got the feeling it's
gonna turn into the "Deb" watch (like Wooly) next year. Personally I think
we will be better next season....but that's just my opinion based off potential.

However....if things go sour next year like they have this year....I may change my tune
about Patterson. We'll see.

It's MUCH easier to go thru a losing women's bb season when you have Huggieville on the other side of the spectrum.

March will still be fun for me that way.

$186,400 guaranteed plus other undisclosed compensation.  Which is about $160,000 more than a chickball coach is worth.

At least we don't pay her $600,000 a year like ku does with Bonnie.

We're probably paying her at least that much.  Isn't there only a $200k guaranteed base in Prince's $800k total package?  The reason they're hiding Deb's contract is that that alums would revolt if they knew how much she was taking home.

She's the worst coach in the big XII, why the hell would they pay her that much? Who is the highest paid coach in the country and how much do they get???

Title IX waks.  There's been a *HUGE* push on the last few years to force schools to pay women's coaches the same money men's coaches make.

They should first calculate the percentage of revenue that the men's coach makes compared to the amount of money his program brings in. Next they should take that percentage (say it is nine percent) and calculate how much the women's program makes and give Deb that percentage. Now, seeing on how the women's bball team lost us about 600,000 dollars this last year, it looks like Deb Patterson owes KSU about fifty-four thousand dollars.

That or account for fan interest as expressed by average attendance given similarly-priced tickets.  The problem with the revenue model is that a lot of football teams, and some mens' hoops teams, also lose money.

Wooly should have been made to pay for the privilege of being associated with our fine university.
