I've always wanted people like Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Tracy McGrady, etc. to go to some crappy/halfway crappy team like KSU and completely dominate and turn it around. Maybe take it to the extreme and go to Mankato State. Maybe a small school in a really cool locale. I never understood why a bunch of guys wouldn't want to do that. Okay sure, no millions of dollars, but all of the college pussy you want, pretty much free reign on campus, possibly being termed the greatest team ever, and all that crap. That'd just be cool.

I always say, "Damn...If we just had Kobe Bryant for this game....."
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I agree. I dont understand why some great players go to so called "basketball schools" just to sit on the bench behind another great player

I would love it if Woffard College experienced a superb b-ball renaissance.

    The "other" KSU
Yeah, this falls in the same frame of thought that is with FB - why would a top-flight QB want to go sit the bench for 2 yrs at a USC, LSU or the like - they could get hurt etc and thier career is over. I would think it would make more sense to go to a "non-power" school in the Big 12 or Big 10 etc and get some exposure. Oh well, common sense is not common.
