I went to the game Wednesday night.  WOW!  I hate ku like all of you but I have to give them props....that place was 100% ELECTRIC.  I really hate to say it but our school could take a lesson from ku in how to create excitment at a basketball game.  I also believe that I was given a lesson on how to be more involved with the game.  Damn near all of their fans stood, clapped, screamed, cheered the whole game.  It was quite impressive and I must say, I was walking away thinking to myself...."I wish Bramalage had that kind of energy."  I don't know if our students need to start coordinating cheer practise or what but something needs to happen and it needs to happen SOON.  I hate doing it...but I'm just giving credit where credit is due with the hopes that we may obtain the same kind of atmosphere in our house.

Assuming that you may actually be a KSU fan.....what are you looking for?? We all know JB is young and needs to grow up a bit in more ways than one but how can you not like his potential upside? Huggs will have this kid being a beast within a year or two. He is very RAW, thats all there is too it.....and guess what...he's 18, so yes he is a bit immature.

Now post something thats not about AFH, Bennet or how we here at KSUFANS dont like you.

Listen, I'm not here to create enemies.  I'm just so sick of our fans making excuses for Bennett.  I'm sick of ku being better than us...I want them to be jealous of our team and arena.  Yes, I'm jealous of ku...have been for over a decade (basketball).  I'm a passionate KSU fan and I'm not going to be one of those typical ku fans that has an excuse when something doesn't go our way.  Bad attitude is like cancer.  With that said, our "TEAM" has tremendous upside and potential.  I'll be damned if I accept with excuses one or two guys affecting the rest of our "good guys" with bad attitude.  I don't care if he is 18.  There are MANY 18 year olds that are conducting themselves with more integrity.  i.e.  Clent Stewart starting as a freshman.  You never saw this kind of behavior from him.  Yes, I think Bennett could potentially be great for us...but he won't if we, as a fans, contiune to make excuses for him.

With that said, I'm off to get my Black shirt for tomorrow night.  I can't wait for the BLACKOUT in BRAMLAGE!  Sorry, just used to being excited to wear my favorite color (purple)...dork.

I was at that game...and the one in AFH.  While it was as loud in the "Fred" as it has ever been.  I wouldn't say it was louder than the KSU/ku in AFH.  I wish I were wrong.

Yes, I love hearing that from Piper.  Definitely some pride with hearing that.  I wish it were true.

As for the questioning of my "cancer" comment.  Either you have never played a team sport to understand where I'm coming from or you disagree with Huggy having Bennett in his dog house.  Obviously our Coach has the same opinion.  Ya might want to put that into perspective.
