Why are Guidry, Hogan, and Harris 2 stars?  Are their 40 times bogus?  Their size and speed is fantastic.

The same for Tigner, he has the lowest RR rating.  Perhaps qualifying concerns, lack of video...

I know Tigner has only played for like a year, so he's still new to the game.  I guessed that's why he was low.

2 stars, KSU recruiting classes are full of them!

This is the dilema the $$$ recruiting world doesn't want out.

There are athlete who are 1 stars that can outplay some 4 star guys because they are better athletes who may not have put up big stats because they didn't play alot or had a position switch or didn't get any publicity because they went to a small school.

They can't find everyone. They can't predict how they will develop.

The sites are very good at evaluating 4 and 5 star guys, but they don't go and really look at 2 and 3 star kids.  It's impossible.
