This is one of those years that looks like it might fits one of those scenarios that come up every so often on the boards; "if we could go 11-5, finish 3rd or 4th in the league, and get swept by ku, would you be pleased by the season?" 

I have to say yes, I'd be extremely pleased.

You know we probably have some fans who would.  We used to have those discussions when we had 6-10 seasons and were in the midst of losing to ku.  Now its kind of a valid topic to discuss.
