rivals admittedly forgot to re-rank Josh Moore last year and they said that around signing day.  Val Taylor would have been 4 stars had they received his video according to Crabtree and Gates.

Hogan maybe falls in that same category?

Hogan just might be the best athlete in this class.  A definite gem.
