he has some really nice tools to be a good LB. When they move up after the season rivals either gets new video and/or talks to some coaches. He's a solid signee for LB.

Hogan has to be a JC placement. Too good of an athlete and w/ size. He was a starter or at least a big contributor on a state championship winning basketball team too.
