Musberger = 

The Longhorns are 6-2 against K-State in the Rick Barnes era. Texas is 5-2 all-time against the Wildcats in games played in Austin and enters Saturday's contest with five straight home wins against K-State.

· Texas improved to 17-2 against Texas Tech during the Rick Barnes era, including an 8-1 mark in games played in Lubbock.

Knight = overrated

Since Rick Barnes arrived in Austin, UT has recorded a 117-16 (.880) mark at the Erwin Center, including a 57-10 (.851) record in Big 12 Conference home games. Texas is 19-8 (.704) under Barnes against AP Top 25 teams at home. The Horns have won 22 straight and 71 of their last 75 home games.

I've just heard the ads on kman here in Manhattan and Matt Wolters was talking about them the other day.  I'm kind of surprised that this is the first time I've heard about one of these deals with the amount of both local and national announcer hate out there.  I really don't know what it takes to be a good play by play or color guy for most people..

My disdain for Musberger stems from him just being a poor play by play guy.  Going all the way back to CBS NFL Today when he hosted that with Irv Cross (who actually was good) and Jimmy The Greek.  Musberger's time passed many moons ago.

Stil, choosing between him and Wyattvision is is like choosing between testicular cancer or burning in a fire.

Musberger sucks.  ABC uses him because he has a name but he really only yearns for Ohio St vs. Michigan, Texas vs. OU, Notre Dame vs. anyone.  Everyone else is a step down for him.  He can't move on to let the game be the story, he isn't knowledgeable, he really only knows the most hyped players...who he then overhypes.  He is a tool.

Also, they need one of these for Sports bars that have small TV's on cable and large TV's on satelite.  Really annoying to be watching on the big screen and hearing cheers before plays happen.

musburger calling 2 random teams - good.  he has a great voice and some humorous tendencies.
