you have to nerve to use thug in your court given your coach?  smart!

Strange, I don't recall any KSU players being dead beat dads, and beating up girls in their apartments.

    It's time to hit it.
Playing off the Boise state idea.

I like what we have with some minor changes; namely changing the font to the common Nike font and reducing the size of the powercat.  Otherwise, I like the simplicity.

where did you get that court outline, i want to design one.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

There is nothing wrong with our court.

Maybe a new font for the lettering, but it's fine.

You can't be racist and like basketball.

What are those white blobs inside the 3-point lines?

I would make it like FAN's, except with maybe a smaller powercat.  No major changes needed.

If we're voting, i cast mine for Kougar's 69 court. A smaller powercat on the current court would be a big improvement.

On the white blobs; they do look like Big 12 logos, but that doesn't make much sense since the logo is also in the lane.  I think they may say "Bramlage Coliseum".

I also like the idea of a simple "K" at midcourt from the Ahearn days.

Seriously*.

It's in the pic over the left shoulder (that pic is also hanging in my house, FWIW)

*I don't hate tradition, just people that whine about how great their traditions were when they were actually pretty lame.

Per Rusty's suggestion.  I had to add some Powercats somewhere b/c I like it, but you could remove those.

Really, the only thing about our current court that pisses me off is the text..."KANSAS" and "STATE" shouldn't be stacked on the same side of the Powercat, and it's in fuggin Arial font for God's sake. And someone got paid to design that. Reminds me of Jim Gaffigan's Hot Pocket jingle joke:

How hard do you think they worked on the jingle for Hot Pockets?
"What do you have for us, Bill?"
-"Uh....uh..........(sings) Hot Pocket...."
"That's good....very good. Not as good as your 'Bymenin' (sp?), but it's good."

It was the Big 12's 10th anniversary logo that was there last season and last season only.

Which was raped from UNC's court at the Smith Center.
Our school is in Kansas and we should be proud of it (UNLIKE OUR FRIENDS TO THE EAST).

i can´t photoshop, but if i could it would be:

no goddamn powercats anywhere.  those are horrible.
small tasteful fausto´s logo at midcourt
dark purple border
state of ks outline for the lanes.  just normal lanes with a little nibble at one corner.  not painted inside, just outlines.
ksufans.com in white along at the 3 and 9 o clock corners.
smallish white lettering kansas state university within the purple on both baselines
simple ft lanes, not the ones with the extra lines outside the lane
also take out the half circle at the top of the lane, no longer needed.

oh, and no capital letters.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

I like it.

Sys, you are wrong about the powercat. We need to pimp it. It's one of the most recognizable logos in sport.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

i´m sure there would be if i was the one actually out there painting.

are my apostrophes misplaced, or just malformed?  if just the latter, then it is totally just my keyboard´s fault.

that´s because mine is really a diacritical mark over an imaginary letter.

imagine this ó without the o.

the good thing is if mj switches the board over to a language that requires diacriticals, i´ll be able to type way faster than most of the rest of you.
