    The very best.
#3. Football-October 30, 1999—#6 Kansas State 48 Baylor 7
Manhattan, KS-Kansas State was ranked #6 in the country… Baylor was 1-6. It didn’t take long for it to show. Baylor won the toss and took the wind. The ‘Cats gave the ball to Joe Hall over and over and grabbed a 14-0 lead. The Bears had nine yards in the first quarter. At half time K-State lead on the scoreboard 31-0, 267-29 in total yards, 17-1 in first downs and 23 minutes to 7 in time of possession. The ‘Cats were very nice in the second half and only won 48-7 while allowing Baylor to throw the ball for a total of 17 yards in the game. Bill Snyder was impressed with the fight the Bears put up in the second half and visited their locker room to tell them so. He told them to keep working everyday. It’s seven years later and Baylor has finished last in the South every year but one since then… they were fifth in 2005.

top 10 baylor debacles.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

If was an opposing quote I'd hate Bill Snyder.  He meant no ill will by it, but this is the ultimate slap in the face.  "Our team is so good and yours sucks so bad, can I come to your lockerroom and tell your kids to keep their heads up?"  Most of the kids had to hate it too.
