Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

LOL. Basketball will always be 2nd tier. We can't even come close to filling the arena with a HOF coach.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Dude, after what happened with your football career I can understand your bitterness towards the sport.

There isn't a seventh grade tornado football team.. Fatty, do you think Roddick stands a chance against Federer?

Yeah, but that team sucked (equivalent to wooly's teams) and it was very close to a sellout (47K/50K)

Generally speaking, I like to watch football a little more than basketball.  It is, however, very important--perhaps even urgent--that we all recognize that the next few years of KSU basketball will be very good and that the next few years of KSU football will pretty much be total crap.  You guys don't still believe in Santa Claus, do you?

I wouldn't say totally crap. But, yeah.

I was too harsh.  How can you not love Freeman?

Actually, we'll probably have a decent offense this year.  Freeman, Lamark, Jordy, like 4 juco wide receivers on top of our other returners, decent tight ends, and a metric asston of juco o-lineman.  (to be added to our already slightly improved o-line.)  And our running backs were solid.

I am however expecting a completely crapty defense.  We have no interior D-lineman worth anything.  I was worried about linebackers, but not so much anymore.  Our secondary will be OK.  But none of that will matter, because any team with a half decent o-line will be able to run right up the middle on us. (ala Rutgers, Nebraska, and ku last year.)

It also a question of what defensive schemes we run next year, the tampa 2 or the 3-4.

It's kinda obvious Prince values offense over defense, at least from a recruiting standpoint.

Damn.

So I guess his upgrade wasn't unique.  Multiple juco's got boosted and not just him, including a DT committed to Nebraska.

I wanted to believe K-state caught a break for once with recruiting rankings.
