. . . AND K-STATE WILL TAKE PART IN 2008: Kansas State will be the featured opponent in the second edition of the McLendon Scholarship Series, which will be played in December, 2008 at the Wolstein Center on the CSU campus.

I wonder why they didn't just make Cal part of the Pac 10 series - it might already be scheduled in 08 or 09.  Sometimes they skip a year or two (See: Rutgers)

Does the Big East do a "challenge" type deal or was Weiberg scared of them.  That would have been nicer than the pac lo .

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

On Cal, that could be, but those look like 2 game deals, ie. we play at Oregon the next year, then new pairings for another 2 years.  Plus, it would be nice to have Cal AND Oregon at home next year.  Please.

Is the Oregon game going to be on ESPN or Nat Tel. If so that would make at least 7 OOC games on NT. With the 3 Old Spices, the Jimmy V, XU, Cal on FSN(national), and Oregon. Usually teams play 13 or 14 OOC games. So that would leave 6 or 7 more games. I remember also hearing about another game with Gonzaga and or UNC. Then the rest of the schedule would probaly be scrubs, with maybe another BCS scrub too.

They haven't announced the television details about the Pac 10 Big XII challenge yet but I'm sure it will be national.

The P10 doesnt have an ESPN deal, so Im guessing it will be on FSN. Or am I wrong.

The ACC has a deal with both ESPN and Fox Sports, so its possible the same could be worked out for this.
