My bowl plans are screwed (both friend who was going and more importantly, her relatives' place in Houston where we were staying).

I haven't begun to look for alternative travel plans, places to stay, or use for the extra ticket.

Anybody heading down that has room for me and/or my tickets*?

*If I decide it's not worth the hassle this late in the game.

Is anybody going to this game?  For all the talk of selling out and 35K+ fans there, I don't personally know anybody but one player's dad who's going.

I'm sending my tickets down to Houston right now w/a friend, same gal who decided to fly home the day of the game and killing my place to stay.

I found a room at the Omni-Galleria for the game night, and could still make it, but it doesn't sound like much fun if the usual rabid, partying (drunk) crowd won't be there.  This year seems like exclusively a family vacation deal.

Assuming I don't go, and anybody wants to pick up my club level seats (either b/c you need them or b/c you want better seats) let me know and we'll figure out how you can find my friend.

It better not be a family weekend, or the families should just stay in the hotels or museums.

I'd go to the game....I've never been to a KSU bowl game in which beer hasn't been consumed in mass quantities.  Just avoid the KSU alumni association trip crowd.  They tend to travel to the bowl game just to receive priority for receiving bowl game buttons.
