I don't see it as that big of a deal.

Mangino is still their coach.  He's still getting paid millions to keep them in mediocrity.   He will not fail.

As you do ALL OF THE TIME, Dax... However,  I don't think the NCAA will like this too much, unless they just lack testicles all together. Me thinks next time ku &@#%s up (which is sure to happen sooner or later) the committee will hand out a tougher punishment..

The NCAA will probably close up that loophole on teams with sanctions in the future.  gay-u is basically mocking their judgement and I highly doubt that will be too popular.

Maybe Weiser should pull a perkins and send a tattletale letter to the NCAA.
