Have they even sold 2K worth of tickets? Their ticket giveaway backfired..MU students selling them on the internet. How sad.


The funny thing to remember is that the Sun Bowl passed us up for Moo for pecking order. I'm sure the Texas Bowl will be sending them a thank you card. The Texas Bowl stands to make alot more money than the Sun Bowl. Not even a comparison.

Actually, all things considered...we got a better bowl than Missou in terms of compeition, venue, and location...but, we were picked 8th in conference. Oh wellz.

i'm going to be taking care of an elderly person in a small town in the middle of nowhere. she does have basic cable (espn), so i can see the holiday bowl. her regular caretaker is taking a much needed vacation to hawaii. i won't even be able to get away to a bar, but i will get to listen to the game on the internet radio!

I'm not sure why bowl officials think MU fans travel well.  The next time they bring 2,000 fans to Manhattan (a 2-hr. drive from a city that houses a good portion of their alumni) for a football game will be the first time.
