Buddy Wyatt, the D-Line coach from Alabama was on campus today in Lincoln to discuss replacing John Blake as the D-Line coach. Alabama's defense has been highly ranked, and Wyatt is well-thought of.

The only thing that Blake and Wyatt have in common is that they are black.  And LOL at his resume...damn near every place he's been the program ends up losing and the head coach ends up getting fired/resigning.... it doesn't look good for Callahan.  Please hire this guy.

Resume
2003-Present Defensive Line Coach Alabama (shula FIRED in '06)
1999-2002 Defensive Line Coach Texas A&M (slocum FIRED in '02)

1995-1996 Defensive Line Coach & Special Teams Coach Northwestern
1994 Defensive Line Coach Oklahoma State (pat jones FIRED in '94)
1989-1993 Defensive Line Coach & Special Teams Coach Minnesota

Wyatt has helped to direct some of the top college defenses in the country. He's better than any defensive coach you have at Nebraska.

:flush: the second best team in Kansas football!!!

Where ever this guy goes, he ends up getting his walking papers with the head coach.

He has better history of contributing to the head coach's chance of being unemployed.

Sounds like it's official....Wyatt has been hired....a great D-Line coach, who has great recruiting ties in Texas, Florida, and throughout the southeast.

LOL @ losing your D Coordinator to UNC and then hiring someone who always seems to be on a coaching staff where the HC gets the boot. I wonder how long it takes before he is unemployed due to Calahan getting fired...

The Bama fans are also delusional enough to think that they're going to land a top coach to come to Tuscaloosa...they have no sense of reality. The defense there has been good, it's the offense that's been lacking.

:flush: that team from Kansas with the gay purple uniforms.

They hired him because he was able to handle Texas Tech in their bowl game last year.

Oh, my apologies. I was thinking that surely your best recruiter would have been given a higher position than DLine coach. I also doubt that you can name right now who even our OLine coach is let alone our OC or DC. If you don't respond within two minutes you lose.

Edit: You've lost. And the fact that I said DC rather than DLine Coach takes nothing away from the fact that he left you guys for UNC!! And it also doesn't take away from the fact that you hired a piece of crap to replace him. LOL @ Nubs trying to ignore the truth and try to deflect it by saying clueless smack.

Clueless is correct.

Yeah, that's correct. That's because I don't care.

1) It proves you have no idea what you're talking about. 2) Blake left because he was offered a promotion at NC, he'll be Asst. Head Coach there.

Wyatt has a reputation as a great recruiter, particularly in Texas, Florida, and the southeast. He's been a D-Line coach at several schools, for defenses that are always top-rated. So how is he a piece of @#%$ you moron?

:flush:Kansas Light!!! (You'll have to imagine the little toilet with the smiley face, as your pathetic mods have apparently disabled this icon on my account)

God you morons are pathetic....so weak that you change my screen name multiple times, suspend my account, and disable my icons, but can't even manage to defend your worthless team.....typical purple wearing homosexuals.  :ku: :ku: :ku:

You may say that it is sad that we change the subject about our football team but dude seriously, you won't even defend your wife.

Yes, a 7-5 record is really a poor record.. It is damn near awful for a coach in his first year with a young team to turn out. Especially when that team was projected as last place in the Big XII North and yet they turned out second. Man that &@#%ing blows. Fire Prince right now. I hope you caught onto the sarcasm. However, you still won't ever defend your wife, and I am not even saying that what they say is cool or not, I'm just saying it is completely pathetic that you ignore it and don't even say anything. However, you will defend the team that you just jumped on a bandwagon to follow. In my opinion, THAT is pathetic.
