Leave it to the architects of the Dallas Cowboys new stadium to think far outside the box when designing this structure. Who has ever heard of sideline suites, basically building dugouts at ground level so football fans can experience what the coaches, players and officials experience on game day? Fans sitting in these suites will also have some unique camera views so if a player sitting on the trainer’s table getting his ankle re-taped blocks their view of the game, they can just watch the action on one of the TV monitors meant to capture just what those standing on the sideline see during the game.

I wouldn't be too upset if this was the permanent Big XII CG site and the Sprint Center is the permanent basketball site.

I would. Arrowhead is the best atmosphere for a football game, and I could care less about the big 12 tournament. I'd rather attend a conference championship game.

Arrowhead is awesome for the big 12 ccg.  I don't think they would get rid of it.

Honestly this is what drives me crazy about some owners. If I was a Dallas season ticket owner I would tell them to keep their billion dollar stadium and instead lower the ticket prices and make hotdogs and sodas a dollar everygame. You would sell out every game I gurantee it.

You just can't grow a good grass playing surface in this climate.  Too hot and too cold.  With field turf, there's really no good reason to have grass in the area.

They used to have artificial turf (Astro turf I believe) until they signed Marcus Allen. Marcus would only play on natural grass.

Now that the Wizards soccer team is gone from Arrowhead and playing some where out in south KC I wouldn't be surprised if they lay field turf.
When they switched to natural grass the field turf wasn't out yet.
