Just wondering who all is going to be back for the bowl game.

Watts-back
Figurs-back
K Williams-back
J Moore-back...?
Baldwin-?
Moreira-?

Any news on the last 3?

You can't be racist and like basketball.
I'm especially curious about Josh Moore.

Getting Moreira back would be f'ing sweet.

Does anyone else think Moreira and Clayton aren't actually injured?

    The very best.
What an embarrassing finish for Thomas.

Moreira is done. Sad.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I also thought it was weird that Clayton never travelled but Figurs was there on the sideline.

Moreira is really hurt?

I think that they are both in trouble and Clayton is a joke.  I hope he gets ready for the NFL cause he's wasting his time cause he sucks.  That brings up a good point though Figurs traveled and Watts sais he would travel but it was to hard to see them play ku and not be able to be out there.  I think they're both in trouble.

What about Stringer and Moran?  We're going to need all of the line of scrimmage help we can get.

Aye, he did, but he seemed to be limited out there.  Not sure how long turf toe takes to heal.

Try as he might (and he definitely tries), the less Blake Seiler we see against Rutgers, the better.  We need a healthy Moran.

Yes, Moreira is actually injured. I have been told what the injury is, but I dont want to say b/c the guy who told me could get into trouble. He hasn't really been in the doghouse for quite awhile. I didn't even think to ask about Clayton -- who cares, Patton and Johnson are 10x better.

I don't think body builders do all that well in the NFL either. Maybe he should focus on a trip to the Mexican border for some cheap roids. He might have a future in the WWE or some crap. He's already got a couple of catchy stage names he could go by. His signature move could be lowering his head and running into the nearest wrestler for no gain.

Anal trauma?  Ouch.  I might have expected that more from Clayton.  Let's see here...TC has played virtually zero minutes in what, WEEKS????  And he's getting ready for the NFL?  Man, Clayton needs to share some of that stuff he's smokin.'  Judging from his comments, HIS weed is top-shelf.

Don't forget your KState history.  Mark Young declared for the NBA draft after his junior year.  There is and has been a lot of hidden talent at this university - most of it still hidden.

Watts says he's good as new
Mark Janssen Senior Sports Writer
12/11/2006 11:05:53 AM

Marcus Watts had a scheduled meeting with his doctor today, with the news expected to be good.

"All signs point to being cleared tomorrow," the Wildcat safety said during Sunday's team autograph session in Bramlage Coliseum. "The cast is supposed to come off and I should be ready to go."

Watts, a 6-foot-1, 191-pound junior, suffered a broken right wrist while blocking a punt against Oklahoma State on Oct. 7. While the Hays product returned to finish the game with the Cowboys, and play against Nebraska the following week, that would be his last full game of the regular-season.

"I knew I was going to have to have surgery after the Missouri week (Oct. 21) and the doctors said I couldn't do any more damage, so I went ahead and tried to play in that game, but I couldn't do anything," Watts said of his first-quarter play against the Tigers. "I couldn't tackle, I couldn't wrap up — I tried to play, but it was too painful."

Decorated by a miniature purple cast that covers his right hand to just above his wrist, Watts has been doing footwork drills with the rest of the team, plus other work that has not involved contact.

If the word is good today, Watts, who earned second-team all-Big 12 honors despite playing only half the season, will be able to return to full practice when on-the-field work resumes on Friday.

"A month ago the doctor said that all signs were good, so I'm optimistic," Watts said.

Head coach Ron Prince also reported that wide receiver/return specialist Yamon Figurs has returned to full practices.
