I actually like it...if not for the NFL network. Great opponent.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

It would open up the Alamo Bowl. The Holiday will not take Texas no matter what.

i hate this.  but like huggs said (but in football terms), it's better to be worrying about which bowl you're in rather than if you'll even be going*

*ku**

**probably not going

(better fatty?)

Okie State looks like a lock to the indy bowl.

Quote
o the contrary, OSU is probably headed to a better bowl than one team it lost to, and which has a better record. The Independence Bowl wants the Cowboys, and will take them over 7-5 Kansas State.

After five straight Big 12 North teams, Shreveport wants a team from the Big 12's better half. And even in a loss, the Cowboys' performance Saturday didn't hurt.

J(m)lynch has lost a bunch of weight btw.  He looks f-ing incredible.

Unless the NCAA waives the selection rules (see p. 9) for the Big XII there's no way Okie Lite goes anywhere but the Texas Bowl.

Actually there's a good chance neither the Alamo, Sun, or Insight bowl selects Mizzou.  That would put them in the Independence, which they would probably refuse the offer and move them down to the Texas Bowl, which could put Okie Light in the Independence.

But that's really the only scenario they could be anywhere but the Texas Bowl.
