Ron Prince (first year) goes 7-5, 4-4 and finishes tied for 2nd in the North.

ku (under all HCs) has still not finished in the top half of the North.  11 years and counting.

I guess the steady progress that ku and MM are building is well......... still a work in progress  :loly:

In about 5 months we will hear how ku will have a good shot at winning the North (when they yet to even get 3rd yet) because of their easy schedule and the fact they have NU at home.    Not to mention Reesing will surely be hyped as the next big thing and their younger defense will start to show flashes just like the 05' defense

    The very best.
It's incredible. I'd hate to be a ku football fan. At least our futility has been in basketball, which is more or less simply a filler to football season.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Yeah, and because KSU has just been so dominant in football.

Zero National Championships, Zero Heismans, Five losses this year, including getting beatdown by Kansas, and you're concerned about the direction of THEIR program.

That's just funny.

You've had Zero national championships in this decade/century.

What have you accomplished in this decade besides winning your first divisional championship?

LOL!!

Yeah, nubb was just an arrogant, self-righteous prick that never admitted when he was beaten like a ho with no money.

This guy is just an arrogant prick.

Pete Carroll
Year 1 (2001) 6-6
Year 2 (2002) 11-2
Year 3 (2003) 12-1 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Bob Stoops
Year 1 (1999) 7-5
Year 2 (2000) 13-0 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Ron Prince
Year 1 (2006) 7-5
Year 2 (2007) JOSH FREEMAN, SUFFOCATING DEFENSE, RECRUITING CLASS WITH SCORCHING SPEED

I think everyone can see where I'm going with this logic.  At minimum, the Big XII North title undoubtedly run through the Little Apple.  Next year, Nebraska, Mizzou, and Kansas will be crying like the little bitches that they are after Josh lights their asses up and our Defense leaves cleat marks on their chests.
Once you get past the ethics, the rest is easy.

That's just wishful thinking....losing five games to teams like Baylor and Kansas is weak.

Getting pounded by teams like Nebraska and Missouri is weak.

But what's even worse is turning around and acting like your team will actually be relevant next year, and that teams that handed you your asses will fear you....that's just laughable.

You think other teams don;t have talented athletes, great recruiting, good speed, etc.? Nebraska will be significantly better next year than it was this year. This year all they did was pound you ito the dirt and win the Big 12 North title....now we'll have a big time NFL prospect at QB, just about everybody back on offense, and an improved defense.

You guys are just a purple bug on our windshield...some things never change.

Make a wish, I'm sure it will come true  :)

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Who is your big time NFL QB?  Sam Keller?  He couldn't beat out Rudy Carpenter at ASU and Carpenter is A$$.

Keller will impress the bugeater faithful but as an ASU alum I can say with some certainty that the whiny little bitch left because he couldn't hang with our very average QBs.

Actually in 5 months the gayhawks will still be making excuses for why they bombed in the NCAA basketball tourney yet again.

I really miss Callahan making Joe Dailey run to the sideline and back to the huddle to get in the play.  That was awesome.  Very "NFL-like."  Why this feature isn't in Madden 2007 is beyond me.
As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.

Callahan's 1st year in Lincoln:

5-6,

no bowl,

lost to K-State 45-21,

lost to Texas Tech 70-10 (worst beatdown I've ever seen)

SUCK ON THAT.
