Why?  Because their fans don't travel.  Iowa finished 2 spots lower, and got the Alamo bowl.

but don't try explaining this on phag.net.

They have such seething envy that no matter if they beat Moo this weekend...they won't get considered OVER KState because we travel better. Period.

Yep, this is very good news....the Big 10 mafia and their commission Delany have this bagged up....they want an Iowa-KSU matchup...so many good opportunities there.  They work hard on their matchups, as long as this weekend and next don't screw it up, I'd say we're a lock.

I want a KSU-Iowa matchup.  If we pounded them, we might have a better chance at getting Brian Smith to change his committment from them to us, and pounding Iowa is very do-able.
