gee, I wonder why we lost?

talk about the importance of short fields...wow.

Think about that...40 yards to score 30 points. Disgusting.

NOBODY can pin this one on the defense.

How did we arrive at 30 points?

7 points - 24 yards following a Talib int returned to the 24
3 points - 4 yards following a Freeman unforced fumble
7 points - fumble recovery in the endzone
7 points - int return for a touchdown
6 points - 12 yards following Freeman fumble returned to the 12

Wow, simply unbelievable. And that is off the heels of giving Texas 21 points while only needing to move the ball...you guessed it, 40 yards.

So that is 51 points to our opponents in the past two weeks where they moved the ball a grand total of 80 yards.

Pathetic.

    The very best.
Ohio State allowed 10 points off TO's today.

First points allowed off TO's all year.

Wow.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

The D did a below average job of stopping Cornish.  He netted > 200 yds rushing, averaging 8 yds/attempt.
