    The very best.
Patton is INCREDIBLE.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

He sure is.

I would guess they see Johnson as steadier and more experienced and presume he hangs onto the ball better.

But the the talent is not even close in my mind.

today, patton had one big rush that should have been called back, and wasn't that impressive otherwise.

Freeman and Patton both True Frosh. Plenty to be excited about.

Doesn't matter what one game does.

What matters is what kind of impact he has on the season.   Patton is just getting started.  Cornish will be long forgotten by the time Patton becomes a senior.

Fatty,

You're right, Patton is the superior back and he continues to make people miss and drag tacklers when they do get to him.  The best explanation that I've heard is that Johnson is Prince's "guy".  Whatever the f*ck that means.

I do think Prince feels an obligation to play some of these guys, but Johnson was a 50/50 Prince/Snyder recruit.
