"They'll say, we need you over the stadium in, say, six minutes. We'll start heading in from 10 to 15 miles out. We got to about five or six miles and we got a call that the band was way ahead of schedule and they needed us over the stadium right then," kurrle said. "What makes these flyovers work is when you time it with what's going on on the field. We went ahead and used our afterburners to get a quick acceleration to make the timing work. The afterburners are very loud, and that's probably what startled people. It was very loud and we apologize for that."
