I thought the Klein fella showed some explosive running skills while he was in the game.  One thing to remember tho, Nebraska's D has made a number of a heckuva lot better qb's look absolutely silly over the last couple years, so maybe not throw him under the bus just yet, just a week and half ago he led a comeback drive late to win against a respectable UCF team, maybe instead of blaming players just accept the fact the right now Nebraska is a far superior team right now.

He I suppose to be the leader on the field. His choices aren't smart. When everyone cheers when you come out the boo when you come back in. Ya he led them on a comeback but before that he didn't do much. He needs to be able to throw the ball, he can't throw 40 yards + without pressure. (end of first half) intercepted because its under thrown by Carson.

after the first game of the season i said coffman would lead us to 6 wins tops. It looks like even klein is comparable to gregory, we need to get this kid in there to get that 7th or 8th win. We WILL NOT WIN next week in lawrence with coffman.

Agreed. His struggles are due to playing for a team without many weapons and against a team that was far superior. Not fair to blame him for that.

Have to disagree.  K-State has a top notch running back and as good of a group of receivers as Nebraska.  The problem is more about the offensive line.  Plus K-State's quarterback just isn't very good.  I just don't know if the other quarterbacks are any better.

Now is the time to try another quarterback.  Kansas is probably the worst team in the Big 12. Plus, Baylor is toward the bottom also.

It's kind of like Nebraska tried last year.  They started Green against Baylor because Lee wasn't getting it done. Then when Green turned out to be terrible, they put Lee back in and managed to get a win in a close game.

Coffman just isn't Big 12 material.  Time to try something different.

Coffman is a workman type qb.

We can't protect him against NU.

So we need a quicker offense against their quick defense.

You didn't finish your sentence... Coffman is a workman type qb with the arm of a 6th grader.

But he throws the ball better and knows the offense better than Lamur and Klein.

He sees this in practice everyday.

Klein and Lamur = just runners.  Teams can scheme them and take that away.
