My of my fraternity brothers works for a feedlot out west and is pretty well connected with the university. It was his job to find Prince a cowboy hat last Spring. I didn't see the show, so I don't know if that was the same hat. But this is what I know about Prince and a cowboy hat.

He wore the hat after the FAU game because he said that he told the team that he would if they could get a shutout. Obviously we didn't shut them out but he must have made another deal with the team.
