Based upon the stat's through the first three games, 35-54-1 for 450 yds and 4 TDs, Carson Coffman's quarterback rating is 155.6. As I recall, Grant Gregory had about the same rating.

He has done a good job at managing the game. Management QBs (aka not very talented) like Coffman cannot try to do more than they are able. He attempted to do this yesterday and had a pick 6. If he can just hand the ball off, make quick throws and avoid getting sacked under pressure (throw the damn ball away!) then he will be just fine in my books.
So, somehow, because you logged onto a message board, and read a quote that another guy wrote about Wefald, Wefald is "in your face?"  I'll go along with that.  I wish Hemmingway would get off my nuts.

Coffman is fine. He played well after AJ Klein's interception: 1-2-0 and 55 yrds.

I agree with most on the board. He's not the talent we've gotten use to but he will be ok as long as he doesn't make a lot of mistakes and gets good protection. He's certainly smart enough. Just not as athletic as I would like. But then We have a great back!  :combofan:

Yes, wildcat79, Daniel Thomas is a great back. He deserves a Heisman nomination if not the trophy itself.
